The flea at the
Victorian mansion on Main Street in Payson, now in its ninth year, began as a
yard sale for antique mall dealers to clear out their older merchandise. flea.o.logy has grown from six vendors to nearly
50 scheduled to be at their upcoming sale.

clocks as well as upcycled furniture

find ever: 30 pieces of brown aesthetic
transferware at a second-hand store for $200; typically they sell for $20-50
per piece

that came out of the garage at an estate sale – price: $50. It now houses merchandise in my booth at Vine

you’d never part with: The soap saver my
grandma gave me. We washed dishes
together and she’d use the funny little wire cage with soap slivers in it to
make the sudsy water. Not worth much – but priceless

Urban
Flea Market ~ Michael Sanders & Kate Wheadon
The Urban Flea was
born when Michael – a New Yorker – and Kate – who had been living in Los
Angeles – got together in Salt Lake and were missing the amazing fleas they
used to attend on either coast. Now in
its fourth year, the monthly (June-October) flea boasts nearly 100 vendors as
well as pet adoptions, gourmet food trucks and music provided by KRCL.
